对利用龙刘两库完成黄河上游综合利用调节任务的探讨

摘　　要：从投运至今,刘家峡、龙羊峡两大水库在实际调度中,只动用了很小的库容就胜利完成了综合利用的调节任务,今后需要的库容将大幅度减少,不修小观音或大柳树大库,龙刘两库亦能完成包括远景南水北调西线工程调水后的水资源综合利用等调节任务。Since the Liujiaxia Reservoir and Longyangxia Reservoir were put into operation in active regulation, they victoriously completed their regulating tasks of comprehensive utilization by using only a small part of reservoir capacity. The reservoir capacity needed since now will be greatly reduced. Without construeting the Xiaoguanyin or Daliushu Reservoir, the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs will also fulfil the regulating jobs of the comprehensive utilizationg of water resources ineruding the completion of diversion works from South to the North China along west line in the long-range plan.
