摘　　要：从全网的角度出发,构建实现铁路通信网综合网络管理的系统平台。对实现铁路通信网综合管理的系统体系结构、铁路通信网综合网管系统公共平台以及公共平台的核心组成部分—通用信息模型进行研究。How to achieve the integrated manage of the complex network composed by several different subnets became the focus of integrated railway communication network management. Here, it was set up a common platform for Integrated Communication Network Management System based on taking the whole network into consideration. Also, it was studied on the system frame and the universal information model of the Integrated Network Management System.
