摘　　要：目的：探讨青少年妊娠的社会心理病因，寻求有效的防范对策。方法：采用妇科检查、心理卫生测试与社会敏感问题随机应答技术，对南京市６２０例（其中青少年３１４例）婚前检查者和１７２例青少年人工流产者的社会心理因素，进行一元及多元分析。结果：未婚青少年妊娠的主要影响因素有：父母管教程度、恋爱年龄、男友职业、本人年龄、自尊心、文化、父母离异、性观念及避孕情况等。结论：青少年妊娠是由多种社会与心理因素造成的，防范对策的关键在于健康教育，学校、家庭和社会各方面应协同综合治理。OBJECTIVES:To research the social psychological reason for the adolescent pregnancy and effective measure for its prevention. METHODS:The social psychological factors of 620 cases who took the required premarital health exam(314 were teen-agers)and 172 cases who had abortion induced were researched by gynecological exam, psychological health test and random response technology (RRT) of social sensitive problem. RESULTS: An analysis of liner and multiple liner regression revealed the major factors influencing unmarried adolescent pregnancy including the degree of care from the parents,the age of first love,the profession of the sweetheart boy,age, sense of self respect, education degree, the divorce of the parents, contraception and so on. CONCLUSIONS:It is essential to teach the adolescent to know the sexual health. A complex measure should be taken by school,family and society. Adolescent pregnancy is resulted from many soleal and psychological factors. The key to the prevention is to take a complex measure.
