摘 要:通过三例带转换层高层建筑结构的分析比较,研究了高位大跨钢桁架转换层对建筑结构动力特性和地震作用力的影响。当转换层结构位置逐渐升高时,结构单振型地震作用力在转换层处明显增大,结构首层和转换层上部结构层地震剪力也增大,结构自振周期和振型无显著改变。当转换层位置相对于结构较高时,其地震作用在全部地震作用中所占比重较大,转换层位置提高带来的层剪力最大增值发生在转换层附近结构层,引起结构承受弯矩增加。By analyzing and comparing three tall buildings with steel transfer trusses, characteristics of structure and seismic force affected by long-span steel transfer trusses located at a different high level are studied. Not only can seismic force of single mode between transfer stories increase with transfer stories located at a higher level, but also seismic shear can increase at the first floor and above the transfer stories. Natural vibration periods and modes of the structure can not change distinctly. Because seismic force between transfer stories is larger relative to total seismic force when transfer stories is located at a higher level, maximum increment of seismic force may appear near transfer stories, which can lead structural moment to increase.
