染料车间废水中β－萘磺酸的室温磷光光度法测定

摘　　要：目的：测定工业废水中β－萘磺酸的含量。方法：支持物衬底室温磷光光度法。结果：方法的相对标准偏差为２．７１％，检测下限为４．２３×１０（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检测线性范围为４．２３×１０（－６）～６．３２×１０（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。结论：本法可选择性地测定工业废水中β－萘磺酸的含量。OBJECTIVES:To determine the content of β-naphthalene sulfonic acid in industrial waste water. METHODS:Room temperature phosphorimetry was used. RESULTS:The related standard deviation of the method was 2. 71 %,the limited concentration of the detection was 4. 23 × 10-6mol/L, the range of the detection was 4. 23 ×10-6～6. 32 ×10-5mol/L. CONCLUSIONS: This methodcan selectively determine the content of Pnaphthalene sulfonic acid in industrial waste water.
