SR菌对动物的毒力、毒性和致毒性的试验研究

摘　　要：用活ＳＲ菌０．２×１０５、２×１０１０／ｍｌ三种剂量给小鼠单次灌胃和腹腔注射，观察１４夭，研究ＳＲ菌的毒力。用死ＳＲ菌０、２×１０５、２×１０１０／ｍｌ三种剂量给小鼠单次灌胃和腹腔注射，现察１４天，研究ＳＲ菌的毒性，用ＳＲ菌代谢产物给小鼠灌胃，每日１次，每次０．３ｍｌ／只，连续７天，研究ＳＲ菌的致毒性。斑马鱼在含ＳＲ菌０．５×１０５／ｍｌ浓度的标准稀释液中静水式训养４天，研究ＳＲ菌对斑马鱼的急性毒性。结果表明ＳＲ菌的毒力，毒性、致毒性都在无毒范围。The mice were given living SR-bac. At dose of 0. 2×105,2× 1011/ml respectively by singleoral intubation and intraperitoneal paracentesis and were obtserved for 14 days in order tostudy the virulence of SR-bac.The dead SR-bac. were used ih the same way in order to studythe toxicity of SR-bac. The metabolic solution(boiled or not)of SR-bac.were given to themice by oral intubation,once a day,0.3ml/per animal,for 7 days to study the toxicity of SR-bac.Metabolites.Brachydoniorerio rerio lived in the 0.5 × 105 standard diluted SR-hac. solu -tion for 4days,and the acute toxicity of SR-bac. to the Brachydoniorerio rerio were studiced. The results shew that the virulence,toxicity and toxigenicity of SR-bac,are within the non-toxic range.
