摘 要:目的观察感染旋毛虫的小鼠不同时期IL-2的水平及旋毛虫在小鼠体内的发育。方法小鼠感染旋毛虫后,采用ELISA检测小鼠不同时期外周血中IL-2含量。取不同部位肌肉观察旋毛虫在鼠体内的发育。结果小鼠感染旋毛虫后1~5周IL-2的含量较正常组明显增加。小鼠感染旋毛虫后21d即可检出旋毛虫,以膈肌中检出数为高,其次为咬肌,舌肌最少。结论IL-2对感染旋毛虫小鼠早期具有一定的免疫抑制作用,感染后35~42d幼虫密度最高。Objective To determine the correlation between IL-2 production and the development of T. spiralis in infected mice. Methods Mice were infected with T. spiralis. The content of IL-2 in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA method. The development and distribution of trichina were monitored through microscopic examination of the tissues removed from the infected mice. Results Within the first 5 weeks after inection, the content of IL-2 in infected mice was significantly increased. The numbers of larvae found in the muscle of midriff and in the masseter were higher than in the muscle linguae. Conclusion During T. spiralis infection, the number of larvae reached the maximum at 35 to 42 days after the infection. IL-2 may play a role in the immune response to infection by T. spiralis.
