摘 要:超声骨龄是一种新型的骨龄自动评定方法,本文试图通过小样本实验来检测超声仪器的测试指标稳定性可靠性,以及异常操作对这些测试指标的影响,为以后超声骨龄研究和测试过程中规范化操作提供一些科学依据。研究结果:最大声速、距离和压力的测试稳定可靠性高,而超声距离的测试稳定可靠性低,不同测试体位对声速值(SOS)和距离测试的结果影响较大,而对压力(pressure)的测试结果影响较小。以上研究结果提示:最大声速值是一项重要的指标参数,在超声骨龄的测试过程中一定要注意规范化操作,注意正确体位的放置。Ultrasonic BonAge System is a new method for assessing bonel age.
