摘　　要：通过对迁移理论概念、机制的阐述及其在教学中影响因素的分析,提出了促进技能迁移的相应策略以及应注意的问题。旨在增加体育专业院校教师在体操教学中主动运用技能迁移理论的意识,更加合理地运用一系列手段来促进技能间的积极性迁移,防止或减少消极性迁移的影响,为深化教学改革,提高体操教学质量提供参考。This text passes to expatiate to the migration theories concept, mechanism and its affect the analysis of the factor in teaching, the problem that put forward to promote the strategy of cowgirl of the technical ability migration and should notice. Aim is in increase athletics profession college teacher in the gymnastics teaching the active application technical ability moves the theoretical consciousness, making use of a series of means to promote the technical ability an influence for of positive moving, preventing or reducing negative moving more and reasonably, for deep turn the reform in education, increase gymnastics teaching quantity the offering consults.
