摘　　要：目的观察笑气吸入性镇痛用于人工流产术的疗效。方法将本中心门诊早孕要求人工流产的健康孕妇800例随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组于术前吸入笑气,对照组不用任何药物,按常规进行吸宫,分别观察两组孕妇人工流产时的疼痛程度、手术时间、出血量及人工流产综合征的发生率。结果实验组孕妇人工流产镇痛效果显著,无人工流产综合征发生,两组手术时间、出血量无显著性差异。结论笑气吸入性镇痛用于人工流产镇痛效果好,安全可靠,无副作用,操作简便,适宜门诊小手术的应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Nitrous oxide on painless induced abortion. Methods 800 early pregnancy women were randomly divided into two groups ： experiment group （n = 400, be inbreathed nitrous oxide before operation ）and comparison group （n =400 ,without any remedy, operated by the book ）, which are observed , including the patients＇ ache degree, operation time, hemarrhage quantum and induced abortion syndrome rate. Results The ease - pain effect in experiment group during operation was more prominent than that of comparison group. There is no marked difference between them on surgery time and blood quantum. Conclusion Nitrous oxide on painless induced abortion has better effect and safe and without any side - effect. It is suitable for clinical operation.
