摘 要:通过对一、二级男子撑杆跳高运动员下肢力量的测试分析得出:一级运动员髋关节、膝关节的肌肉力量平衡特征与撑杆跳高起跳技术用力特点相一致,膝、踝关节同名肌的平衡状况良好,二级运动员髋关节肌力平衡性较好,而膝、踝关节同名肌的平衡性较差,二级运动员应加强两腿膝、踝关节同名肌的协调发展。Using the method of experiment in measuring legs muscle force of men's Grade One and Two stay rod high jumpers, the author has concluded that the above two kinds of athletes have displayed the following characteristics of muscle force: As for Grade One stay rod high jumpers, the balance of their muscle force on hip joints and knee joints fitted the technical requirements for stay rod high jumping, and the muscles of their knee joints and ankle joints were in a good balance, in contrast, as for the Grade Two stay rod high jumpers, their muscle force on hip joints is in a good balance while the muscles on their knee joints and ankle joints are in a poor balance. Therefore, it suggested that Grade Two stay rod high jumpers should strengthen the balanced development of their muscles on their knee joints and ankle joints.
