摘 要:新型油水分离器由截面为等腰梯形的螺旋式流道和出口装置组成,出口装置内有一个可以调整角度的流线型挡板。应用计算流体动力学(CFD)理论对该装置进行了流道内流场仿真计算,进一步验证了其油水分离性能,并研究了该装置的螺旋流道圈数、采出液含油体积百分数与分离性能之间的关系。分析结果表明,该装置结构简单,操作压力低,可用于油井采出液的油水分离,省去了目前常规水力旋流器的许多辅助设备,特别适应海洋平台的工作环境。The main contents of a new structure form of oil-water separation device are described in this paper. The device consists of a spiral flow channel and an outlet component; there is a streamline baffle which is adjustable in the outlet. With the CFD theory, we make a series of analysis of the separation ca pability of the device. The result of simulation proves that this device takes on a good capability for separation of oil-water mixture. We study the relation between the number of spiral flow channel and capability for separation, the relation between the oil volume fraction of crude oil and capability for separation as well. This device has simple structure and good operating performance; furthermore, it can work at a lower pressure. The device can be used directly in separation of oil-water in crude oil so it will eliminate auxiliary equipment which is necessary for ordinary hydrocyclone. It can be use on the circumstance of offshore platform.
