摘 要:钻井柴油机是石油钻井的动力源,具有功率大和转速高的特点,而曲柄连杆机构是钻井柴油机的重要运动部件,直接影响柴油机的性能。文章针对石油浅地层钻井中常用直列六缸柴油机的曲柄连杆机构进行了运动和动力学的仿真研究,通过C语言编程得出了曲柄连杆机构的运动和动力特性曲线,获得了机构中主要零件的承力状况和运动规律,从而为科学地设计高性能钻井柴油机提供了重要方法。The diesel engine of drilling is the power source of the petroleum drilling, which has the characteristies of the large power and high speed. The crank connecting rod mechanism is the important part of the diesel engine. Through simulation by C language programming and analysis of characteristics of movement and force on the diesel engine crank-connecting rod mechanism which is used to be in shallow stratum, the paper which offers the important method for designing the high-performance diesel engine on drilling scientifically presents the simulative curve of movement and force of the major part in the mechanism.
