液态饲料对超早期断奶仔猪肠道微生物区系的影响

摘　　要：试验选用平均体重为(2.63±0.15)kg、(14±2)日龄的断奶仔猪(云南地方撒坝猪)20头,随机分为对照组和试验组2组,进行32d对比试验。研究了液态饲料对超早期断奶仔猪肠道微生物区系的影响。结果表明,液态饲料能显著促进超早期断奶(SEW)仔猪肠道内乳酸杆菌生长,同时显著降低大肠杆菌含量(P<0.05)。20 14±2-day-old Yunnan Saba SEW piglets whose average body weight is （2.63±0.15）kg were randomly divided into experimental group and control group based on their fetal times and birth dates. The whole expriment comprises two parts： 1,d14-d28, the experimental group was fed with liquid feed ,and which is the same nutritional level to the base feed in control group.2 , d29-d45,All piglets were fed with the second nutritional level dry feed,the two phases process 32d.in the trial ,we have mainly made some research on the effect of liquid feed on the bacterial community of post segreted early weaning（SEW） piglets.The result showed that E＇coli in the faecal samples decreased significantly （P〈0.05） but to increased Lactobacillus significantly（P〈0.05） when these piglets were fed the liquid feed.
