谢尔气化炉失效树的建立与分析

摘　　要：依据失效分析理论,运用演绎法建立了谢尔气化炉失效树,从而探讨了谢尔气化炉失效的原因。通过对该失效树进行结构重要度分析,指出烧嘴逆火是导致谢尔气化炉失效的主要原因,并提出了延长谢尔气化炉寿命的措施。The fault tree of shell gasifiers is estabilshed in this paper according to the theory of failure analysis with the method of deduction.The varied reasons,which cause the failures of shell gasifiers are discussed. Through the analysis of the structure importance of the fault tree,it＇ s pointed out that burner backfire is the main factor resulting in shell gasifiers failing.The corresponding measurements are proposed to prolong life span of shell gasifiers.
