摘　　要：近几十年来,国内外有关ZnO压敏电阻器低压化的研究报道很多。本文对低压化的方法作了较为系统的归类及评述,并对其发展趋势作了初步探讨。In the recent decades, there have been many research reports of the fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors . The different fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors were classified and reviewed according to their theoretical basis, and furthermore, the development trends of the fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors were preliminarily prospected in this paper.
