摘  要:目的研究地方性甲状腺肿甲状腺细胞周期变化和DNA异倍体细胞出现情况,探讨甲状腺细胞增殖特征。方法应用流式细胞术,采用碘化丙锭细胞单染法进行细胞周期检测和DNA倍体分析。对地方性甲状腺肿、正常对照组、甲状腺机能亢进和甲状腺癌进行对照分析。结果地方性甲状腺肿组甲状腺S期细胞和G2期细胞明显高于对照组和甲亢组(P<0.01);地方性甲状腺肿组DNA异倍体细胞出现率明显低于甲状腺癌组(P<0.01)。结论应用流式细胞术检测甲状腺细胞周期可以判断甲状腺细胞的增殖特征;进行细胞DNA分析有助于肿瘤的早期发现和早期诊断。Objective To study the cell cycle change of thyroid cells and the status of the aneuploid DNA cell in patients with endemic goiter, and to explore the proliferation characteristics of thyroid cells. Method After thyroid cell is singly tainted by PI, cell cycle is tested and DNA content is analyzed by flow cytometry, thus to analyze the differences among endemic goiter, normal control, hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancer groups. Result The numbers of thyroid cells at stage S and G2 of endemic goiter group are markedly higher than those of normal control group and hyperthyroidism group( P 〈 0.01 );And the appearance rate of aneuploid DNA cell of endemic goiter group is obviously lower than that of thyroid cancer group ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The thyroid cell can be decided by testing the proliferation characteristics of the cell cycle of thyroid by flow cytometry ; DNA content analysis can avail to the early detection and diagnosis of cancers.
