摘  要:目的评价复合扫查技术在甲状腺结节性疾病中的应用价值。方法本文采用二维超声、实时复合扫查新技术对95例甲状腺结节性疾病的144个病灶进行超声检查,并与术后病理结果进行对比分析。结果复合扫查技术对微小结节的边界显示更加清晰,明显提高微小病灶的检出率;多角度复合扫查提高图像的细微分辨率,对结节内部细微结构显示更清楚。结论实时多角度复合扫查新技术,因其明显改善图像质量,提高微小病灶检出率,对甲状腺结节性疾病中的诊断和鉴别诊断有很大的实用价值。Objective To assess the application of compound scan and conventional ultrasound in thyroid mass. Methods 95 patients with thyroid mass were examined by compound scan and compared with conventional ultrasound and pathology results. Results In 95 cases of thyroid masses, the appearance of speckle was significantly reduced, and the contrast resolution was improved by compound scan. Compared with conventional ultrasound, compound scan was also found to suppress artifacts and reinforce real structures in the thyroid solid mass. Acousic shadowing of lateral boundary was suppressed by compound scan. It allowed the small lesion of thyroid to be detected with compound scan. Conclusion Compound scan enhances image quality by reducing image artifact. It will play an important role in diagnosis and differentiation of thyroid node disease.
