老年2型糖尿病泌尿系感染57例神经传导速度分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者泌尿系感染与周围神经病变的关系。方法测定57例老年2型糖尿病患者FBG、2HBG、HbA1c和神经传导速度,依据清洁中段尿培养结果分为泌尿系感染组和无感染组,两组间进行比较。结果老年糖尿病患者中泌尿系感染率高,临床表现隐匿。泌尿系感染组较无感染组病程长、神经传导速度减慢、潜伏期延长(P<0.05)。结论高血糖的长期作用导致机体抵抗力下降、发生周围神经病变,二者加剧了老年糖尿病患者泌尿系感染的发生。Objective To discuss the relation of urinary infection and peripheral neuropathy in elder type 2 diabete patients. Methods FBG,2HBG,HbAlc and nerve conduct velocity were examined in 57 patients. Results The incidence of urinary infection was high in elder type 2 diabete patients with shelter clinical symptom ; and nerve conduct velocity was slower, delitescence was longer. Conclusion The high level of blood sugar extended affected the resistant, and caused peripheral neuropathy in body. They accelerated the incidence of urinary infection in elder type 2 diabete patients.
