摘　　要：阐述了剃齿精加工齿轮的一种方法,产生剃齿加工误差的因素,剃齿刀齿形修正步骤。提供了剃齿加工修正误差的能力和剃前工件所需的加工精度数据表(上限适用于直齿轮,下限适用于斜齿轮),具有一定的参考价值。Gear shaving is a good way to finish gears. Explained the reasons for shaving errors, described the process of correcting the cutter profile and provided the errors before shaving and after shaving, which showed the capability in finishing gears and correcting the profile. It will help for the actual machining.
