固高运动控制板在数控研齿机运动系统中的应用

摘　　要：以固高运动控制板为核心,提出了一种应用到研齿机设备上的由PC机+固高GT-400-SV运动控制卡构成的开放式数控系统,对硬件部分和软件部分分别作了概述。硬件部分主要介绍了这种应用于数控研齿机的开放式系统的结构特征、硬件整体规划,建立在运动控制卡与研齿机所需实现的运动相结合的基础上,软件部分主要介绍了固高运动控制卡动态连接库函数的使用和实现串口通讯的程序编制。还指出了这种开放式数控系统在专用数控机床上应用的广阔前景。Focusing on GOOGol - motion control card, puts forth an open type of numerical control system that is used on gear lapping machines, which mainly consists of PC and motion control card. The paper gives an outline of Hardware and software. Introducing of hardware includes the open - architecture system characteristics on structure and hardware design . Based on motion contol card and movements of gear lapping machines tool, software mainly indroduces use of DLL of GOOGol - motion contol card and compilation of series communication programm. It is also pointed out that application of the open- architecture NC system has a wide space for development.
