摘　　要：为了保证液压系统设备的正常运转,降低使用费用,提高生产率,提出了排除液压故障的步骤分为准备工作、现场检查、分析判断、调整试验和拆卸检查等,并从实用观点出发,介绍查找液压系统故障的典型方法是因果图法,液压系统图法,故障树分析法和铁谱分析法。In order to ensure hydraulic system equipment functioning,lower maintenance costs and increase productivity, raising to divide hydraulic system failures steps into the preparations and on - site inspections,analyzing and judging, adjusting the testing,demolition inspection. Starting from a practical perspective on identilying hydraulic system failures typical method is the causal maps, hydraulic systems maps, fault tree analysis, rail spectral analysis.
