摘  要:目的观察复方丹参注射液与盐酸甜菜碱合用对心肌缺氧小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响,并比较两药单用的效果,为研究新药提供实验依据。方法采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素造成心肌耗氧量增加小鼠模型,记录不同时间点的累计耗氧量和小鼠的存活时间。结果复方丹参注射液与盐酸甜菜碱合用组5、10 min小鼠累计耗氧量明显降低,且存活时间延长,与单用药物组相比,差别有统计学意义;丹参注射液组与盐酸甜菜碱组相比,差别无统计学意义。结论复方丹参注射液与盐酸甜菜碱联用对改善心肌缺氧效果显著,疗效优于单用组。Objective: To study the effect of tolerance hypoxia of hypoxic cardiomyocyte mice by combined application of compound solvia miltiorrhiza injection and betaine hydrochloride, to compare the effect of the two drugs with that used alone, and to establish a laboratory foundation in developing new drugs. Methods: Mice models of myocardium anoxia increase were induced by injected isoprenaline. Then put mice into the obturated vases and record the accumulative oxygen consumption of different time and the survival time of mice. Rusults: Compared with that in mice received compound solvia miltiorrhiza injection or betaine hydrochloride alone, the accumulative oxygen consumption of 5 and 10 minutes were reduced obviously and the survivial time were prolonged in mice received compound solvia miltiorrhiza injection and betaine hydrochloride. There were no significant difference between compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection group and betaine hydrochloride group. Conclusion: Compound application of compound solvia miltiorrhiza injection and betaine hydrochloride has a notable result in anti-hypoxic cardiomyocyte, moreover the effects are better than the single drug.
