摘  要:分析了暂冲式短周期涡轮试验台的工作特点和运行特性,提出了适合该类试验台的涡轮性能测试方法,并对该测试方法进行了不确定度分析,在此基础上根据目前通用的各类传感器和测试仪表所能达到的精度指标,预估了该测试方法可能达到的性能测试的不确定度指标.指出:短周期涡轮试验在功率、转速、流量等参数的测量方法上有其特殊性;在总的涡轮性能测试指标上短周期涡轮试验完全可以达到,甚至超过连续式涡轮试验的精度;在短周期涡轮试验中,需特别注意各测量参数的同步性.Based on the analyses on the working characteristics and operating speciality of blow-down short duration turbine testing rig, a method for measuring the turbine performance on this type of rig has been presented, and an analysis on the uncertainty of the method has also been made in this paper. The extent of uncertainty of this measuring method has been preliminarily estimated in accordance with the general precision accuracy of transducers and testing devices, it is proved that, while tested on short duration testing rig, the turbine power, rotation rate and flow rate require special testing method, and that, for testing the overall turbine performance, the short duration testing rig equals to, and even outruns continuous testing rig in accuracy. All the parameters need to be tested synchronically.
