摘  要:在室温干摩擦条件下,对WC-Co热喷涂中温烧结涂层/GCr15摩擦副作了滑动摩擦试验,观察分析了磨痕显微组织,并对WC-Co热喷涂中温烧结涂层的磨损机理进行了分析.结果表明:在干摩擦情况下,WC-Co热喷涂中温烧结涂层有一个比较稳定的磨损过程.WC涂层具有与GCr15相当的硬度和耐磨性.WC-Co热喷涂中温烧结涂层的磨损机理为脆性微剥落和磨粒磨损.Under the normal temperature and dry friction condition, the rolling friction experiments of the friction pairs between WC -Co Mid -Temperature Sintered Coating/GCr15 were carried out,and the worn trace' s microstmcture of WC -Co Mid- Temperature Sintered Coating was observed and analyzed, and the wear mechanics of WC - Co Mid - Temperature Sintered Coating were analyzed. The results showed that,there was a steady process for WC- Co Mid- Temperature Sintered Coating. WC- CO Mid- Temperature Sintered Coating and GCr15 were near in hardness and wear resistance. The wear mechanics of WC - CO Mid -Temperature Sintered Coating were brittle spalling and abrasive wear.
