摘　　要：阐述了网络性能测量指标及测量方法,利用JAVA语言实现了网络连通性、往返延迟、丢包率、带宽等主要性能指标的测量,最后用JSP语言编写网络性能测试界面.This paper discusses the index and methods of network performance measurement. In addition, implementation of the measurement of the main netwok performance, such as network connection, round - trip delay, package loosing rate and bandwidth, is dealt with. Finally, the testing interface of network performance is described with JSP.
