摘  要:掺杂了氧化镧的硫酸钛经高温焙烧后制得新型固体酸催化剂。固体酸吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明其表面存在Bronsted酸中心和Lewis酸中心。以草酸和异戊醇为原料,掺杂了氧化镧的硫酸钛为催化剂,合成了草酸二异戊酯。考察了影响收率的因素。其最优条件为:草酸1 mol,异戊醇3.0 mol,催化剂10.0 g,带水剂1OO mL,催化剂中氧化镧掺杂量为5%,在回流温度下反应3 h,收率可达90.8%,且催化剂可以重复使用。A new type of solid acid was prepared by calcination of titanium sulphate doped with lanthanum oxide. The Bronsted and Lewis acid centers on the solid acid surface were confirmed by IR spectra of adsorbed pyridine. An octane number improver, diisopentyl oxalate was synthesized with oxalic acid and isopentyl alcohol as raw materials and the above acid catalyst. Factors influencing the yield were investigated. The optimal esterification conditions were as follows: oxalic acid 1 mol, isopentyl alcohol 3.0 mol, catalyst 10.0 g, dehydrating agent 100 mL, the doping level of lanthanum oxide 5% (w), refluxing temperature and reaction time 3 h. The yield was above 90.8% under the optimal conditions and the catalyst could be recycled.
