摘　　要：介绍了所研制的断路器特性参数检测装置的测试方法和软件设计,以国产多种断路器为研究测试对象,选用工控机、伺服电机、力传感器,振动传感器和高速数据采集卡等硬件,设计了一套断路器自动检测装置。使用Labview软件设计了全程变化的曲线实时显示、数据库存储查询及打印等多功能的图形用户操作界面(GUI),并通过Labview的波形分析处理函数,完成算法设计。为评估断路器的性能,给予工程人员提供准确的技术参数。A measuring method of the natural parameter of circuit breaker is introduced, and a set of software is designed for the measuring system. By researching several types circuit breakers on the homemade, a data acquiring and processing system is designed using industry computer, servo motor, force or vibration sensor, high speed DATA ACQUISITION card （DAQ） by NI Inc. A Graphical User Interface （GUI） is designed using Labview with the functions of displaying real time characteristic curve, database saved and queried, printing, and so on. Arithmetic is designed with advanced signal processing functions in Labview. For evaluating circuit beakers performance, this system delivers exact parameters for engineers.
