摘 要:构建了一种以光纤和光纤束作为系统信号传输通道的光纤倏逝波生物传感器系统,根据光纤探针的倏逝波理论和模式匹配理论对光纤探针进行了设计与制作,然后应用直接结合分析的方法对该传感器系统的探测性能进行了实验检测。实验针对光纤探针置于空气中和蒸馏水中两种情况进行,同时将系统检测到的信号通过数据采集卡采集到计算机中,并进行相关检测分析。对光纤探针置于空气中和蒸馏水中两种情况,系统分别获得了16.7和20.5的探测信噪比。实验结果表明,该相关检测方法能很好的区分系统的噪声信号和所探测的荧光信号,整个系统具有良好的可行性。A fiber biosensor system based on evanescent wave is constructed, in which fiber and fiber bundle are used to transmit signal. The probe of the system is designed and produced according to the theory of evanescent wave and mode matching. The detection ability of the biosensor system is tested through a series of experiments by applying the method of direct binding. In the experiments, two cases are considered, i.e. the case of placing probe in air and the case of placing probe in water. The signals sampled by the system are input to the computer through DAQ, and be analyzed by correlation detection methods. In two cases, the ratio of detected signal to noise of the system reaches to 16.7 and 20.5 respectively. The experiment results show that the correlation detection method can distinguish the system's noise and the detected fluorescence signal clearly, and the system is feasible.
