摘  要:本文介绍用高碘酸氧化淀粉,合成双醛淀粉的情况,并对其氧化度的测定进行了某些探讨.Synthesis for dialdehyde starch by oxidized cornstarches using periodate and determination for its dialdehyde unit has been studied. Best reaction temperaturn of synthesis for dialdehyde stach is 30℃. Availability of oxidizing agent periodate is 93% in lower materi-al proportion. Determination for dialdehyde unit of DAS by volumetric allalysis according to Caflrjizzaro reaction can be easily accomplished.This analytical approach has been calibrated by gravimetric analysis base upon n - nitrobenzophenone derivative of aldehyde group of DAS. The best yield of DAS and the higher dialdehyde unit of periodate oxidized cornstarches will be obtained,when reaction temperature is 30℃ and the material proportion is lower.
