摘　　要：教学评估指标体系的内涵主要是根据国家发展和人的全面发展的需要,加大教学投入,强化教学管理,深化教学改革。坚持传授知识、培养能力、提高素质协调发展,注重能力培养,着力提高学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,全面推进素质教育等。深刻理解教学评估指标体系的内涵,对于我院的全面发展,为边消警部队培养人才,具有十分重要的意义。The higher education evaluating system largely aims at enlarging the education investment and consolidating education management and deepening education reform. It also put emphasis on teaching, the acquisition of knowledge and the moral quality and the capability of learning, doing things and innovation. It is significant to understand the contents of higher education system for the development of talents of border - control, fire and security forces.
