摘　　要：目的:研究护理干预对脂肪肝患者健康行为的影响。方法:针对62例脂肪肝患者,在常规保肝治疗和基础护理的情况下,制订护理干预方案并给予实施,于入院时、出院6个月后评价实施前后的健康相关行为效果。结果:干预前后患者的健康行为和危险行为有显著差异,P<0.01。结论:对脂肪肝患者进行护理干预,可以提高患者对疾病的认知水平,有助于其改变不良行为,建立健康行为,提高治疗效果。Objective： To study influence of health behaviours on nursing intervention for patients with fatty liver. Methods： 62 patients were conventional treated with hepatic method and general clinical nursing,and to work out the rehabilitation nursing care plan, and to run combined rehabilitation, to evaluate the patients using control scale index in the before and afte nursing. Result：There was remarkable difference before and after intervention of health behaviours and danger behaviours, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion：It can improve the activity of daily living of fatty liver patients with early intervention rehabilitation nursing.
