摘　　要：护士长是医院管理的中坚力量,肩负着护理行政管理、业务管理、护理教学等责任。这就决定了她们的多角色功能,本文从新任护士长的岗前培训,强化其学习理念,培养其应变、观察能力,强化团队意识方面进行了探讨,以使其尽快进入角色。Head nurse is the backbone dements, has important function, and shoulder more responsibilities in hospital, such as administration, vocational management and nursing teaching, and so on. Thus, it is decided that head nurse has more role funtions, the article probe into the pre- job training,strengthen their belief of study, trained their emergency and observe ability, and strengthen team awareness,so that promoted new head nurse into their new role.
