摘　　要：总结了我国水泥工业设备磨损失效的基本情况,分析了关键大型设备的使用工况和磨损机理,详细介绍了几种设备部件的耐磨堆焊修复材料和堆焊工艺及其应用。分析表明,耐磨堆焊材料用于水泥设备再制造,对节能、节材、保护环境、促进循环经济发展具有重要意义。The failure situation of equipment in the cement industry was outlined. Working condition and wear mechanism of the key large-scale equipment were analyzed. The hardfacing material, process and application in some equipment＇s components were introduced particularly. The results showed that using hardfacing material in remanufacturing of cement equipment has important significance for saving energy, reducing material, protecting environment and accelerating recycle of economy.
