摘 要:比较分析了田间条件下紫叶李与对照红美丽李(绿叶)叶片光合生理特性的差异。结果表明:紫叶李的花色素苷和可溶性糖含量分别是红美丽李的174.0倍和1.3倍,而光合色素含量二者间则无显著差异;紫叶李的光合能力显著低于红美丽李,净光合速率日积分值仅为红美丽李的70%,而表观量子效率、羧化效率分别降低了33%和22%。因此紫叶李与红美丽李光合能力的差异并不是光合色素含量差异造成的,而可能是紫叶李叶片光合产物运输和转化不畅所致。The differences in photosynthetic characteristics between purple-leaf plum and red beauty plum ( green leaf) were studied in the fields. The result showed that the contents of anthocyanin and soluble sugar in the leaf of purpleleaf plum was 174. 0 and 1.3 times as much as that of red beauty plum respectively,but there was not significant difference in the content of photosynthetic pigments between the two varieties. The photosynthetic activity of purple-leaf plum was significantly lower than that of red beauty plum. The diurnal integral value of Pn of purple-leaf plum was 70 percent as much as that of red beauty plum, its AQY and CE were 33 and 22 percent less than those of red beauty plum respectively. The difference of photosynthetic activity between purple-leaf plum and red beauty plum was not due to the content of photosynthetic pigments but hindrances in transportation and transformation of photosynthetic products in purple-leaf plum.
