摘 要:目的:观察激素电极10年后的起搏参数。方法:283例患者的379根激素电极,平均随访72~132(110.95±13.56)个月后,比较其植入时和更换起搏器时所测电极导线的电压阈值、P/R波幅度、斜率和心房(或心室)肌电阻。结果:心房电极与心室电极10年后其电压阈值、心肌电阻与植入时无明显差异,但P/R波幅度和斜率均较植入时明显减低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但仍在正常范围。结论:激素电极长期应用,其起搏参数无明显改变,可以进行长期低能量起搏,但需注意其感知功能。Objective To observe the pacing parameters of steroid-eluting electrode after ten years of the electrode implantation. Methods All 379 implanted steroid-eluting electrodes in 283 patients were observed for 72 - 132 ( 110.95 ± 13. 56) months. Pacing parameters (voltage threshold, P/R wave amplitude, slew rate, lead impedance) were measured immediately and 10 years after the electrode implantation. Results Compared with those measured 10 years ago, the voltage threshold and lead impedance of all atrial and ventricular leads had no significant difference whereas the P/R wave amplitude and slew rate were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05) but still remained in the normal range. Conclusions The pacing parameters of steroid-eluting electrode can remain in a stable status after 10 years of the electrode implantation. The electrode is suitable for long-term pacing with lower energy but its sensing function should be carefully monitored.
