摘　　要：知识经济是一种智能经济，知识资产是知识经济最为关键的要素资源，是知识经济核心竞争力本源。知识资产作为经济要素资源与传统的要素资源相比具有其特殊性，它是生产力增长的内生变量，是知识经济形态下价值形成的基本要素和市场价值增值的根本动因。知识资产是我国农业经济实现由传统向现代过渡的关键要素资源。Knowledge economy is an intelligence economy, and knowledge asset is the utmost important element resource and the original source of the key competitiveness. As an economic element resource, it has its peculiarities compared with the traditional element resource. It is the endogenous variable of productivity growth, the basic element of value formation in the knowledge economy and the fundamental drive of market value increase. Knowledge asset is the key element resource of our agricultural economy＇s transfer from the traditional mode to the modem mode.
