摘　　要：文章分析了信息化条件下网络心理战的特点和基本战法,探讨了网络反心理战体系构建及力量建设等问题。This paper analyses the characteristic and the basic battle measure about network psychological warfare,studies some issues about system building and force constructing in network against psychological warfare.
