摘　　要：目前,我国侦查学研究注重诉讼化与法律化,而相对忽视了侦查中的三大块,尤其是物证技术的研究。侦查结构体系本应由研究对象决定,但其研究却明显存在诉讼化倾向。为此,应理清二者间的辩证关系,并从侦查学科建设、侦查法制化和侦查实践中对物证技术的未来地位进行构建。Now, the trends of the research of investigation lean to law, however ignore the study of matter witness technology. The article try to analyze the research＇s deficiency, and suppose the to-be status of matter witness technology from many points of view.
