复方当归注射液体内外指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:初步建立了复方当归注射液体外指纹图谱,并在其基础上建立了复方当归注射液的兔血浆色谱指纹图。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱,以乙腈-水(0．03％磷酸)线性梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为300 nm,分析时间为60 min,以阿魏酸为参照峰,利用相关系数法和夹角余弦法来计算不同批次的样品间的质量一致程度。结果:HPLC:法的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,体内外成分分析两个系数均大于0．9。结论:本研究有助于更清楚的了解复方当归注射液在体内外的化学成分的分布、数目及动态。Objective： The HPLC fingerprint of compound Danggui injection was primary establish, under the basic condition, the compound danggui in jection of Rabbit plasma of fingerprint was set up. Method： adopt the HPLC method, the zorbax SB-C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the acetonitrile-water（ contain 0.03% phosphoric） as mobile phase, Gradient elution, the detection wavelength was at 300 nm, the ferulic acid as reference material and the correlation coefficient and the cosine of include angle were employed to jude the quality similarity of the sample. Result： the method is precision and reproducible, and the two coefficient can show the similarity of each sample. Conclusion： the study is helpful to understand the distribution, number and dynamic state of chemical composition of compound Danggui injection in vitro and vivo.
