清火栀麦胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定清火栀麦胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法:使用Alltima C18柱(4．6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60．5:39．5)为流动相,流速为0．75 ml·min-1,检测波长为249 nm。结果:脱水穿心莲内酯在0．12μg-0．28μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0．999 9,平均回收率为100．4％,RSD为1．5％。结论:本方法简便,重复性好,可用于该药的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of dehydroandragrapholide in Qinghuozhimai capsules. Method： The AUtima ODS C18 column （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm）was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （60.5： 39.5） ,the flow rate was 0.75 ml.min^-1 ,the detecting wavelength was at 249 nm. Result： The cahlibration curve was linear within a range of 0.12 μg-0. 28 μg （ r =0.999 9） ,the average recovery was 100.4%, with RSD 1.5%. Conclusion： The method is simple and repeatable,it can he used for quality control of Qinghuozhimai capsules.
