摘　　要：目的:建立萘普生海藻酸钙凝胶微丸中萘普生的含量测定方法。方法:使用0．1 mol·L-1的枸橼酸钠水溶液为溶剂,在330 nm波长处紫外测定。结果:萘普生线性范围是40．3～100．8μg·ml-1,r=0．999 9,平均回收率100．3％,RSD=0．45％(n=9)。结论:本法准确可靠,简便快速,重复性好,可用于萘普生海藻酸钙凝胶微丸中萘普生的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for determination of the content of naproxen in calcium alginate gel micro-pills. Method： Sodium citrate solution （0. 1 mol.L^-1） was used to dissolve the naproxen in calcium alginate gel micro-pills, and UV method was used to determine the content of naproxen at 330 nm. Result： The linear range of Naproxen was 40.3-100.8 μg,ml^-1 , r = 0.999 9, and the average recovery was 100.3% （RSD =0.45% , n =9）. Conclusion： This method is reliable, simple, rapid, and with a good repeatability. It can be used for the determination of the content of Naproxen in Naproxen Calcium Alginate Gel Beads.
