摘　　要：主要研究一个基于跨平台多媒体软件开发库———SDL的视频流实时解码与回放实现方法。主要利用SDL对线程的控制来实现实时,SDL调用视频解码器来实现解码工作,利用SDL本身对YUV格式的视频数据处理来实现回放。在1GHz处理器的PC上的测试表明,可获得20帧/秒的解码播放效果,并且画面流畅,而且程序具有良好的跨平台性。A cross-platform multimedia library designed to provide low level access to kinds of multimedia devices has been introduced in this paper. The structure of decoder is also discussed. It is mainly that to keep real-time with the control of the thread, decode video with codec and play video with the functions offered by SDL. There is a method of how to decode and play real-time video with SDL. The test shows us that the rate of decode and play is about 20 frames per second. The program can be use in both Windows and Linux.
