摘  要:提出一种随氧化铝加料量变化即时调整铝电解槽能量平衡的方法,这种方法是在“等待效应”周期、“欠量加料”周期和人为停止加料时期降低槽电压;在“过量加料”周期提高槽电压。结果使电解槽在所有加料周期能量保持平衡,有利于提高电流效率和氧化铝浓度控制。A method for immediate adjusting energy balance of aluminum cell with change of alumina feeding quantity was presented. It is that the cell voltage is decreased during Anode Effect(AE) Waiting period, Shortage Feeding period and No Feeding period, and it is increased during Excess Feeding period. As a result, the energy balance of aluminum cell can be maintained during all feeding periods. Consequently, it is of advantage for increasing current efficiency and controlling the concentration of alumina in electrolyte.
