浓缩法处理凉亭山水厂排泥水的研究

摘　　要：黄石市凉亭山水厂生产能力为24万m3/d,在生产过程中,产生了大量的排泥水。对用浓缩法处理排泥水进行了深入研究,具体包括污泥总量的估算,工艺流程的确定及主要设施的构造设计等。浓缩后的排泥水含固率大于3%,上清液SS小于150mg/L。The production ability of Huangshi Liangtingsan water plant is 240,000m3/d. During the production, a great deal of wastewater is discharged. The authors carry out researches on the application of eoneentration to treat the wastewater, such as the estimation of the total amount of sludge, the determination of sludge treatment process and the design of the structure of the main facilities. The solid - eontaining ratio after concentrated treatment is higher than 3%, and the SS of supematant is less than 150mg/L
