摘  要:目的优化经微波提取后的黄芩苷纯化工艺,并与传统提取分离方法做比较。方法黄芩经微波提取后,分别用酸沉法、超滤法、大孔树脂法三种方法进行分离纯化,并用HPLC对黄芩苷进行定量测定。结果微波提取超滤柱过滤可以明显提高黄芩苷的纯度和得率(88.06%),而经过大孔树脂处理的黄芩苷提取液纯度为86.61%略低于超滤法,但都明显高于酸沉法78.58%。结论对微波提取得到的黄芩苷用超滤柱进行过滤是理想的纯化工艺。Objective To find the optimal technological method of baicalin, extracted by microwave, purifying process and to compare it with the conventional method. Methods The beicalin, extracted by microwave, purified with acid, ultrafilter and macroporous resin respectively, and the purity of baicalin were quantitatively determined with HPLC. Results The purity and yield of baicalin treated with ultrafiher can be improved significantly (88.06%), and the purity of baicalin treated with macroporous resin is slightly lower than treated with ultrafilter (86. 61% ), still higher than treated with acid significantly (78.58%). Conclusions To be treated with ultrafilter is the optimal technological method of purifying baicalin, extracted by microwave.
