摘　　要：针对LF造白渣用铝屑利用率低、成本高的缺点,开发出缓释脱氧剂替代铝屑。试验结果表明,采用缓释脱氧剂可取得更好脱氧、脱硫效果,并使成本降低12.6元/t。Because of low efficiency and high cost of the aluminum in making the white slag in the LF furnace, a new process of gradual release of the deoxidizer in lieu of the aluminum chips is developed. Experimental results show that better achievements of desulphurization and deoxidization can be obtained by application of the new process and the production cost reduced by 12. 6 yuan/t.
