摘　　要：小转炉由于出钢挡渣、钢水吹氩搅拌不规范、钢中夹杂物上浮时间不足、浇钢系统保护不好,造成钢中夹杂物含量高,特别是大型氧化物夹杂数量多;外来夹杂的尺寸大,对钢材性能危害严重,这些问题是小转炉钢质量差的重要原因。小转炉钢的清洁度低,不能满足生产优质钢材的要求。Inclusions, especially large sized oxide inclusions highly exist in the steel produced by small converter due to incorrect slag damming and argon bubbling, insufficient time for inclusion floating and undesirable protection of teeming system. Large sized foreign inclusions may seriously jeopardize the properties of the steel products. This is the primary cause to the bad quality of the steel produced by small converter and low cleanliness of the steel by small converter can hardly meet requirements of customers for high quality steel.
