摘  要:结合邯钢CSP生产实践,通过现场试验研究了结晶器保护渣渣膜结构与结晶器热流密度和铸坯表面纵裂发生率之间的关系,结果表明,对CSP浇铸中碳钢,渣膜结晶率控制在40%,结晶器宽面热流控制在2.05×106W/m2,可使纵裂发生率减少约一半。The relationship between the compositions of the slag film of the mold flux and the thermal flow intensity as well as occurrence rate of the longitudinal surface cracking has been investigated through on-site experimental studies in combination with the CSP production practice in Handan Iron & Steel Corporation. Results show that in casting the medium carbon steel by CSP the occurrence rate of the longitudinal cracking can be reduced by 50% if the crystallization rate is controlled within 40% and the thermal flow intensity over the wide side of the mold controlled in 2.05×10^6w/m^2.
