蔬菜根结线虫病发生规律研究

摘　　要：蔬菜根结线虫（Ｍｅｌｏｉｄｏｇｙｎｅｉｎｃｏｇｎｉｔａ）在江西１年发生５～６代：主要以卵、幼虫和雌虫在病根、病残体和病土中越冬，以卵囊团在土壤中存活力最强，在５～５０ｃｍ土层中均可越冬。１０℃以上开始生长发育，１２℃以上侵染寄主，２５～３０℃生长发育最好，４２℃４ｈ死亡，５５℃１０ｍｉｎ死亡。５月初开始发病，６月下旬至１０月上旬为发病高峰期，１１月中旬以后又以卵、幼虫和雌虫越冬。Vegetable root knot Nematode(Meloidogyne incogrita)generates 5～6 generations eachyear in JiangXi Prooince;and winters mainly in the forms of egg,larva and female pest in dis-eased roots,infected plant tesidues and diseased soil,especially egg sac mass is of the greatestability to survive in the soil,which can winter in the soil layers of 5～50 cm deep.the pestbegins to develop at the temperature above 10 ℃, infects its host at the temperature above 12℃,and its optinum developing temperature is 25～30℃.But it dies in four hours at the tem-perature of 42℃ and in ten minutes at the temperature of 55℃.It infects the plant in earlyMay,reaches its infection peak period from late June to mid October;and it winters after midNovember in the forms of egg,larva and female pest.
